     Title: SPECIAL EGG FOO YUNG SAUCE
Categories: Chinese, Sauces
     Yield: 1 servings

   1/2 c  Soup stock, chicken
   1/2 ts Sugar
     2 ts Soy sauce
   1/4 ts Sesame oil
 1 1/2 ts Cornstarch olution

 Mix cornstarch in about 3 ts of water.  Mix all
 ingredients together. Bring sauce to a boil to thicken.

 Increase the cornstarch slighly for a thicker sauce.
