MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Martin Yan's Kung Pao Sauce
Categories: Chinese, Sauce
     Yield: 1 servings

   1/2 c  Regular soy sauce
     2 tb Rice vinegar (or 1 1/2 tb
          -regular)
     1 tb Sugar
     1 tb Scallion tops; minced
     2 ts Hot chili oil
   1/2 tb Sesame oil
   1/4 ts Szechwan peppercorn; toasted
          -and ground
     2 cl Garlic; minced

 (use as a cooking sauce)

 Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce
 heat to medium and cook 2 minutes. Cool before using.
