MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Steamed Sea Bass
Categories: Fish, Taiwanese
     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 sm Sea bass
     1 c  Water
     2    Green onions; sectioned
     1 sm Ginger piece; sliced

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
     1 tb Cooking wine
     3 tb Fish sauce
     1 ts Sugar
     1 pn White pepper
     2 tb Lard

MMMMM--------------------------GARNISH-------------------------------
     1    Green onion; shredded

 Clean fish. Pat dry. Place on lightly oiled plate.

 Place sections green onion and sliced ginger on fish. Mix sauce
 ingredients and pour over fish.

 Place in rice cooker. Add 1 c water in rice cooker. Steam until switch
 turns off. Remove from rice cooker. Remove and discard green onion and
 ginger. Shred one green onion, soak in water. Drain. Sprinkle over
 fish and serve.
