     Title: Steamed Grass Carp With Shacha Bbq Sauce
Categories: Fish, Taiwanese
     Yield: 2 Servings

   2/3 lb Fresh fish fillet; (300 g)
     1 c  Water
     2    Green onions; chopped

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
     4 cl Garlic; minced
     1 tb Cooking wine
     4 tb Sha-cha BBQ sauce
     2 tb Soy sauce
   1/2 tb Sugar

 Rinse fish, score diagonally. Place on plate.

 Mix sauce ingredients.

 Pour sauce over fish. Place in rice cooker. Add 1 cup water in rice
 cooker. Steam until switch turns off. Remove. Sprinkle with chopped
 green onion.
