     Title: Steamed Fish With Preserved Mustard Greens

     Yield: 4 Servings

     1    Whole fish
     1 c  Water
     2    Green onions; sectioned
     1 sm Ginger piece; sliced

MMMMM--------------------------MARINADE-------------------------------
     1 tb Cooking wine
     1 ts Salt
     1 pn White pepper

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
     6 oz Preserved mustard greens
     2 tb Lard

 Clean fish, trim off fins.

 Cut fish open from head to tail along the stomach side. Rub with
 marinade and let stand for 10 minutes. Place on plate.

 Rinse preserved mustard greens, chop finely. Squeeze out excess water
 and mix with topping ingredients. Place on fish. Add sectioned green
 onion and sliced ginger. Place in rice cooker. Add 1 c water in rice
 cooker. Stem until switch turns off. Remove from rice cooker. Remove
 and discard green onion and ginger. Transfer fish to serving platter.
