Title: Mom's Chop Suey

Yield: 4 Servings
2 c Pork or chicken; chopped
3/4 c Onion; chopped
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Soy sauce
1 lg Can Chinese vegetables
Fry meat until nearly done. Add sugar, soy sauce, and juice from
canned veggies. Add onion and cook until tender. Add veggies. Add 1 c
water. Thicken with corn starch (take 1/4 c cold water and 2 tb corn
starch).
