MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Easy Chinese Roast Pork - From Huang Su Huei
Categories: Chinese, Pork
     Yield: 4 Servings

 1 1/2 lb Pork shoulder; in 2"
          - wide strips
     1 tb Rice wine *
     2 tb Sugar
 1 1/2 ts Salt
     1 tb Soy sauce
     1 tb Hoisin sauce

 Mix all flavoring ingredients ** together and pour over pork.

 Let soak for 1 hour. (That's what the recipe says - I'd say
 overnight). Bake 20 minutes in preheated 500 F oven.

 This is the easiest I've ever seen. I don't think it'll produce
 a store-quality product (more like "homestyle"), but it should
 work pretty well.

 * in this recipe, sherry just doesn't seem right
 ** to get the red coloring, use red food coloring!
