Title: Chinese Pasta Salad

1 1/2 c Snow peas
1/2 lb Rice vermicelli
1 Red pepper; sliced thin
1/2 English cucumber; sliced
-thin
6 oz Shrimp; cooked
1/3 lb Crab meat
1 tb Fresh ginger; fine chopped
1 cl Garlic; chopped
2 tb Sesame oil
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Lemon juice
3 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Red wine vinegar
Wash and trim snow peas. Blanch in boiling water; drain and set
aside. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Drain in colander, rinse with cold water and set aside. In large
bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber, shrimp,
and crab meat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil,
pepper, salt, oil, lemon juice, and vinegar. Pour this dressing
over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill before
serving.
