Chinese Vegetables

1/2 c  Vegetable broth
 2 c  Fresh broccoli florets
 2 tb Ginger; diced
1/2 c  Red pepper; sliced
1/4    Cabbage; shredded
 8 oz Can bamboo shoots; drained and diced
 1 md Onion; sliced thin, separated into rings
 2 c  Fresh cauliflower florets
1/2 c  Celery; sliced
10 oz Snow peas
12    Mushrooms; sliced thinly
 2 tb Tamari soy sauce
 8 oz Can water chestnuts; drained and sliced thinly
 8 oz Bean sprouts (1/2 can); drained and rinsed

Bring broth to boil over high heat. Add cauliflower, broccoli,
celery, ginger, snow peas, and red pepper. Cook, stirring, 2 to
3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cabbage and continue to cook and stir 1
to 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute
more over high heat, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Serve
immediately with rice.
