1 cn Cream of chicken soup or
Mushroom; (440 g)
4 Pieces chicken
2 tb Butter
1 cl Garlic; crushed
Melt butter in frying pan and fry chicken in garlic until golden
brown. Lift into casserole dish. Pour soup over chicken. Add 1/2 cup
milk if too thick. Cover, place casserole in oven and bake 1 hour,
until almost cooked. Remove lid and cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve with rice.
