          Moose nose

Build a fire & singe the nose.  Hang the nose by a wire over the
flames. Scrape & singe again. Keep doing that until all the hairs
are off. Roll up pieces of paper tightly and set on fire to singe
hairs from the nostrils. Pull all the burn off & boil for 3 - 4
hours. It's good hot or cold.
