     Title: Caribbean Chicken Fingers
Categories: Poultry, Herbs, Chilies
     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 tb Light brown sugar
     1 ts Garlic salt
   1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
   1/2 ts Onion powder
   1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
     1 lb Chicken tenders or boneless
          - chicken; in strips

 Mix brown sugar, garlic salt, cinnamon, onion powder, and red
 pepper in shallow dish. Coat chicken tenders with spice mixture.
 Place on greased baking pan.

 Broil 5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
