MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Easy Cuban Picadillo

     Yield: 4 servings

     1 lb Lean ground beef
     1 sm Bell pepper; chopped
   1/4 c  Onion; chopped
     8 oz Tomato sauce
   1/2 c  Pimiento-stuffed olives;
          - sliced
   1/4 c  Raisins
     1 tb Cider vinegar
     2 c  Hot cooked rice
          Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

 In a large skillet, cook beef with pepper and onion over
 medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes;
 crumble beef. Stir in tomato sauce, olives, raisins and
 vinegar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer,
 uncovered, until raisins are softened, 5-6 minutes.

 Serve with rice. If desired, top with fresh cilantro to
 serve.
