     Title: Kippers And Scrambled Eggs

     Yield: 2 servings

     1 cn Brunswick Kippered Snacks
     4    Eggs
          Make a sauce out of:
   1/4 c  Ketchup
     2 tb Fresh lemon juice
     3 tb Melted butter

 Scramble the eggs.  Heat the kippers in a separate dish in the
 microwave or oven. Make a sauce out of: 1/4 c ketchup,
 1-2 tb fresh lemon juice, 2-3 tb melted butter.
 Sauce should be warm not hot.

 Serve scrambled eggs with kippers on the side... put a couple of
 spoonfuls of the sauce on the kippers and the eggs. Serve with toast.
