Title: Quick Cretons (French Canadian Recipe)
Categories: Spreads, Breakfast, Canadian, Pork
     Yield: 8 Servings

     1 lb Medium/lean ground pork
     1 c  Milk
1 md Grated or extremely finely
          Chopped onion
     1 pn Salt and Pepper
   1/4 ts Allspice

Cook everything together in a small pan on the stove top, let simmer
for 1 hour. Let cool on the counter. Transfer the mixture in a
sealable container and store in the fridge. Spread on bread or toast,
you can also put a bit of mustard on your sandwich. It's very good!

"Creton" is a mixture/spread that the French settlers created to eat
with bread. This popular spread is truly Quebecois. Enjoy!
