1 1/2 tb Dry mustard
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 tb Vinegar
1 tb Prepared horseradish
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts White pepper
1 ds Hot sauce
2 Green onions -- cut 1"
1/2 Stalk celery -- cut 1"
2 tb Fresh parsley --
- coarsely chopped
1 cl Garlic -- cut in half
2 lb Medium shrimp -- cooked,
- deveined
Leaf lettuce
Mardi Gras.
Combine all ingredients except shrimp and lettuce in container of an
electric blender or food processor; process at high speed until
blended and smooth. Chill thoroughly. To serve, arrange shrimp on
lettuce leaves, and pour dressing over shrimp.
