3/4 c Rice; boiled until tender
1 sm Onion; sliced thin
1/4 c Beef stew meat
1 c Canned tomatoes
1 tb Catsup
Salt & pepper
Boil tomatoes and chopped beef; mix in onion sliced. Add
catsup, salt and pepper. When rice is tender, add the
tomatoes mixed with beef and onions and set on back of
stove to keep warm until ready to serve.
