4 c Mayonnaise
1 c Sweet relish; chopped & drained
1 c Chow chow (sour); drained
1 ds Louisiana hot sauce
1 c Parsley; chopped fine
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
1 bn Green onions; chopped
1 md Onion; chopped fine
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate ovedrnight for best
flavour. This can be used on all seafood. Tastes good also, too.
Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for some time.
