MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Crockpot Chicken, Sausage, And Shrimp Jambalaya

     Yield: 1 Batch

     1 lb Chicken breasts; boneless
     1 lb Smoked sausage
    28 oz Can crushed tomatoes
     1 md Onion; chopped
     1    Green bell pepper; chopped
     1 c  Chicken broth
   1/2 c  White wine
     2 ts Dried oregano
     2 ts Dried parsley
     2 ts Cajun seasoning
     1 ts Cayenne pepper
     1 lb Cooked shrimp
     2 c  Cooked rice

 Cut the chicken into cubes. Slice the smoked sausage. Add both to the
 crockpot.

 Add the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, broth, wine, oregano, parsley,
 Cajun seasoning, and cayenne pepper to the crock pot and stir gently
 to combine.

 Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is
 cooked.

 Turn heat to high and stir in the cooked rice and shrimp. Cook for 15
 minutes longer or until shrimp is heated through.
