3/4 c Chopped raw shrimp
3/4 c Crabmeat, cooked
1 Egg
2 sl Dry bread
ds Cayenne pepper or to taste
1/4 c Celery, chopped
1/4 c Onion, chopped
1/4 c Bell pepper, chopped
1 t Worcestershire sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Pick up small handful and squeeze into 2
1/2" roll. Mix about 1 cup corn meal with 1/2 cup pancake mix. Coat
