     Title: Tunisian Potato and Cheese Salad

     Yield: 8 Servings

     8 md Potatoes, boiled and peeled
 1 1/2 c  Crumbled Feta cheese
     4    Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
     4 tb Fresh cilantro, finely
          -chopped
     2 cl Garlic, crushed
     4 tb Lemon juice
     5 tb Olive oil
          Salt to taste
          Pepper to taste
   1/4 c  Pitted green olives, sliced
          -in half

 Salatat Batata Wa Jiban

 Cut potatoes into 1/2" inch cubes and place in a salad bowl. Add
 remaining ingredients, except olives and toss gently. Garnish with
 olives and serve immediately.
