MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Hummus
Categories: Dips, Spreads
     Yield: 4 Cups

     4 c  Chickpeas; cooked
     1    Lemon; juice of
   1/3 c  Tahini
     2 ts Dried parsley
     1 ts Cumin
     1 ts Coriander
     1 ts Salt
     1 tb Pepper
          Garlic to taste

 Blend in blender. Add bit of water at a time until it blends smoothly.
