MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.00

     Title: Tabbouleh
Categories: Herb/spice, Middle east, Vegetables, Vegetarian
     Yield: 1 batch

   2/3 c  Cracked wheat
   1/2 c  Chopped fresh mint
     2 c  Chopped parsley
     1 c  Chopped tomatoes
   3/4 c  Olive oil
   1/2 c  Freshly squeezed lemon juice
     1 c  Chopped green onions (white
          -- and green parts included)
          Salt and pepper to taste

 Soak cracked wheat for 24 hours in cold water. Drain very well and
 mix all ingredients together. Serve on crisp iceberg lettuce.
