Remove ends from bananas, place bananas into a covered steamer over a pan of
boiling water, cook for 5 minutes.
Use tongs and a knife to peel off banana skins.
To make Cinnamon Coconut Sauce: Add flour, sugar and cinnamon to a pan and
stir until well combined. Add coconut milk and blend until smooth. Stir
constantly over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Simmer for 2
minutes. Serve Cinnamon Coconut Sauce with hot bananas. Serves 4.
NOTES: Banana skins will turn black during cooking but the bananas will be
golden inside.
