1/2 c Pearl tapioca
2 c Water
6 Apples -- peeled and cored
1/2 c Sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
1/4 c Butter
Soak tapioca according to box and then drain. Bring water to a boil
and add tapioca. Boil until clear and thick, stirring often.
Cut apples into eighths and place in a 8x8" casserole. Sprinkle with
sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Dot with butter. Pour hot tapioca over
all. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 F or until apples are done.
