3 Egg whites
20 Round buttery crackers; roll
1 c Sugar; fine
1/4 ts Baking powder
1 c Finely chopped pecans
1 ts Vanilla extract
Whipped cream
Grease 9" glass piepan. Beat egg whites til stiff;
fold in sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
Beat until stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs & chopped
pecans. Pour mix into piepan. Bake at 350 degrees for
20 mins. Top with==>> whipped cream. Yield: 6-8
