MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Possum Cream

     Yield: 12 Servings

     1 c  Walnuts; chopped
     1 c  Flour
   1/4 lb Butter
     8 oz Cream cheese
    16 oz Cool Whip
 1 1/4 c  Powdered sugar
     4 c  Milk; cold
     1 lg Pkg instant vanilla pudding
          - mix
     1 lg Pkg instant chocolate
          - pudding mix
   1/2 ts Vanilla

 Mix nuts, flour, and butter. Press into a 9x13" pan. Bake at
 350 F/175 C for 25 minutes. Cool completely.

 Mix creamed cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
 Spread over crust. Mix milk, pudding mixes, 1/4 cup powdered
 sugar, and vanilla. Spread over creamed cheese layer. Spread
 remaining Cool Whip over the top.

 Top with chopped nuts or shaved chocolate.
