     Title: GINGERBREAD - FRUIT SWEET

   1/2 c  Butter
   2/3 c  Fruit Sweet
   1/2 c  Non-fat yogurt
     2    Egg whites
     2 c  Flour
     1 ts Baking soda
     1 ds Salt
     1 ts Ginger
     1 ts Cinnamon
     1 ts Allspice

 Fruit sweet is made of peach and pear juices and pineapple syrup. It is
 available from Wax Orchards; R4 - 320; Vashon Island, WA 98070

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 9" square pan with Pam. In a large
 bowl, cream together butter, Fruit Sweet, and yogurt. When well blended,
 beat in egg whites. Combine flour, soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and
 allspice.  Add to batter.  Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes.
