12 Chocolate graham crackers
1 c Walnuts -- finely chopped
1 c Butter
1 c Brown sugar -- firmly packed
Spray a 10x15" cookie sheet with Pam. Lay crackers in pan, touching
on sides. Sprinkle nuts evenly over top. Cook butter and brown sugar
stirring constantly, until it boils. Boil for 3 minutes without
stirring. Pour over crackers and spread evenly. Bake 8 to 10 minutes
in a 400 F oven until bubbly and slightly darker around the edges.
Cool completely in pan. Break in pieces. Store in airtight container.
