     8 oz Whole milk raspberry yogurt
     4 oz Half & half cream
     3 oz Cranberry juice

 Something new to try, other berry yogurts are delicious too.

 Mix in blender or stir well by hand.

 Makes 1 serving, 463 calories, 12.5 g protein.
