MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Grape & Berry Crumble

     Yield: 10 servings

     4 c  Seedless grapes; halved
     4 c  Blueberries
     1 c  Sliced strawberries; thawed
   3/4 c  Turbinado sugar -OR-
   2/3 c  Granulated sugar
   1/3 c  Corn starch
 1 1/2 ts Lemon zest; grated
     1 tb Lemon juice

 1 1/2 c  Gluten-free A-P baking
          - flour; without xanthan gum
   1/3 c  Turbinado sugar -OR-
   1/4 c  Granulated sugar
 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
   1/3 c  Coconut oil
     1 lg Egg; room temperature
     1 ts Vanilla extract

MMMMM-------------------CINNAMON-SUGAR TOPPING------------------------
     1 ts Turbinado sugar
   1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

 Set oven @ 375 F/190 C.

 In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients;
 transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish.

 For crumble, place flour, sugar and baking powder in a
 food processor; process until combined. Add coconut oil,
 egg and vanilla; pulse until crumbly. Sprinkle over
 fruit mixture. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle
 over crumble. (Dish will be full.) Place on a rimmed
 baking sheet.

 Bake until topping is golden brown and filling is
 bubbly, 40-45 minutes. Serve warm.
