12 oz Butterscotch morsels (2 c)
1/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Cinnamon
2 1/2 lb Tart apples; peeled & diced

1/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1/4 c Butter (4 tb)
1 c Pecans; chopped
3/4 c Quick or old fashioned oats;
- uncooked
Preheat oven to 375 F. In small bowl, combine butterscotch morsels,
brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; set aside. Place apples in 13x9"
baking pan; sprinkle morsel mixture over apples. Bake 20 minutes.
Topping:
Combine flour and brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in
pecans and oats; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake 30 to 40 minutes
until apples are tender. Cool slightly. Serve with ice cream or
whipped cream.
