MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Rhubarb Brown Betty

     Yield: 1 Batch

     2 c  Whole wheat bread crumbs
     3 c  Rhubarb; cut in small pieces
   1/2 c  Honey
   1/4 c  Water
   1/2 ts Nutmeg
     3 tb Butter

 Mix 3/4ths of the bread and 3/4ths of the rhubarb and place in deep
 baking dish. Bring honey and water to a boil. Pour over bread and
 rhubarb mixture. Sprinkle remainder of crumbs over this, sprinkle
 with nutmeg and dot with butter. Scatter the rest of rhubarb over
 top. Bake in moderate (315 F) oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
