MMMMM-----      Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pots de Creme
Categories: Five, Chocolate, Dairy, Desserts
     Yield: 5 Servings

     1 lg Egg
     2 tb Dugar
     1 ds Salt
   3/4 c  Half & half cream
     1 c  Semisweet chocolate chips
     1 tS Canilla extract
          Whipped cream (optional)
          Assorted fresh fruit
          - (optional)

 In a small saucepan, combine the egg, sugar, and salt. Whisk in
 cream. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture reaches 160 F
 and coats the back of a metal spoon.

 Remove from the heat; whisk in chocolate chips and vanilla until
 smooth. Pour into small dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate for
 8 hours or overnight. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and
 fruit.
