     Title: Rhubarb & Blackberry Crumble

     Yield: 6 servings

    70 g  Butter
   120 g  Sugar
   200 g  Plain flour
          Cinnamon & sugar to
          - sprinkle
     1 lg Punnet blackberries
     4    Strips rhubarb

 Wash and slice and boil the rhubarb for 10m. Spread in
 the base of a flan dish. Sprinkle with sugar and
 cinnamon

 Mix the butter, sugar and flour together in a bowl,
 using your hands and fingertips to form
 breadcrumbs/crumble mixture.

 Cook in the oven at 170 C/340 F (fan assisted) for 25 -
 30 minutes or until a light golden brown.
