Peaches & Cream Pie

Batter:
2/3 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Pkg vanilla pudding mix --
- not instant
1 Egg
1/2 c Milk
3 tb Butter
Fruit:
1 lg Can peach slices in juice --
- up to 2 cans, reserve juice
Cream:
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 c Sugar
3 tb Reserved peach juice
Topping:
1 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Mix batter ingredients. Beat 2 minutes and pour into a well oiled pie
plate.
Drain the peaches and arrange on top of batter.
Cream together cream ingredients. Spoon on top of fruit to within 1"
of edge of pie plate.
Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.
