                          Peach Crunch

 29      oz            Peach slices in juice -- drained
  2      tb            Granulated sugar
    1/3  c             Orange juice
  3      tb            Margarine -- cold
    1/3  c             Brown sugar -- packed
    1/2  c             Corn flake crumbs
    1/2  c             Unbleached flour
  1      ts            Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a 2 qt casserole dish with cooking
spray. Arrange peach slices onto bottom of prepared dish. In a small
bowl, combine granulated sugar and orange juice. Pour over peaches;
set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, corn
flake crumbs, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peach mixture. Bake
for 25 minutes.
