                        Frozen Chocolate Mousse

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  1      cup           margarine -- or butter
  2      cups          powdered sugar
    1/2  cup           cocoa
  4                    eggs
  2      teaspoons     vanilla
                       graham cracker crumbs

Beat together margarine and sugar and cocoa.  Beat in eggs and vanilla.  Beat
well.  Mixture may look curdled.

Put a layer of crumbs in the bottom of an 8" square pan.  Spread chocolate
mixture over.  Top with more crumbs.  Freeze.

Cut into rectangles to serve.
