1 cn Evaporated milk -- chilled
1 pkg Lemon jello
1 c Sugar
1 1/3 c Water -- boiling
1 Lemon -- juice and rind of
15 Graham crackers -- crushed
Mix the lemon jello, sugar, water lemon juice, and rind and chill
until syrupy, then whip. Whip the can of cream and them whip into the
lemon mixture. Line the bottom of a 9x13x2" pan with 1/2 of the
crushed graham crackers, then pour the lemon mixture over the crumbs.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on the top. Keep in refrigerator until
ready to serve.
