-Lemon Flavor Gelatin
1 c Boiling water
1 c Lemon-lime seltzer
3 T Lemon juice
1/2 t Grated lemo peel
Prepare gelatin with water, seltzer, lemon juice and lemon peel. Pour
into 9" square pan; cover. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Let stand at
room temperature 10 minutes. Beat or process until smooth. Spoon into
6 dessert glasses.
