MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02

     Title: CARAMEL FROSTING

     Yield: 20 servings

   1/4 c  Sweet cream or Half & Half
     1 tb Butter
     6 tb Brown sugar
   1/4 ts Salt
     2 c  Confectioners' sugar
     1 ts Vanilla

 Mix cream, butter, brown sugar and salt and place over low heat. Stir
 until sugar is dissolved. Do not let boil! Remove from heat. Stir in
 confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Stir until cool enough to spread on
 a 9" cake.
