6 Egg yolks
1/2 c Sugar
2 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 c London golden cream sherry
3 tb Heavy cream
In a double boiler, over low heat, beat the egg yolks with the sugar,
until foamy. Melt the chocolate in a second double boiler. Add the
Sherry and the cream. Slowly pour the chocolate mixture into the
eggs. Whisk continously until the mixture thickens.
