2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
4 tb Cocoa
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Water
1 ts Vanilla
Icing:
2 c Powdered sugar
2 tb Cocoa
1 tb Butter
Mix all ingredients for cake together and mix well. bake in greased
and lightly floured 9x13" pan. Bake at 325 F until toothpick inserted
in middle comes out clean. Approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
For Icing:
Add milk a little at a time until icing is of spreading consistency.
