     Title: Fondant Au Chocolat (Molten Chocolate Cake)
Categories: Cake, French
     Yield: 6 Cakes

          Dark chocolate
   130 g  Butter *
   150 g  Caster sugar
     3    Eggs
    50 g  Flour

 * If you use unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt.

 Preheat the oven to 210 C in rotating heat.

 Melt chocolate and butter together. Add the caster sugar and mix.

 Then add the eggs one by one, mixing well between each addition.

 Stir in the flour and mix.

 Pour the dough into muffin pans.

 Bake for 11 minutes for fondant flowing, or 13 minutes for fondant
 hyper fluffy.

 Attention, the cooking is always to adapt according to the furnaces.

 Let cool 5 minutes before unmolding so they do not break. But eat
 them hot, it's even better

 You can eat them the next day by spending 30 seconds in the
 microwave, the heart will begin to flow without problems
