Cake:
1 c Water
4 tb Cocoa
1 c Margarine
1 tb Cinnamon
1 ts Soda
2 c Sugar
1 tb Vanilla extract
1/2 c Milk
2 Eggs
1 ts Vinegar
2 c Flour
Frosting:
1/2 c Margarine
4 tb Cocoa
5 tb Milk
1 tb Vanilla extract
1 lb Confectioners' sugar
In saucepan put water, cocoa, and margarine. Boil, then remove from
heat. Add cinnamon, soda, sugar, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, beat milk, eggs, and vinegar. Add this to
chocolate mixture, then add flour. Pour into greased cookie sheet
or sheetcake pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Frosting:
In saucepan put margarine, cocoa, milk, vanilla, and confectioners'
sugar to warm only. Prick hot cake all over with fork and pour warm
icing all over.
