2 Ripe bananas (1 c); mashed
18 1/4 oz Pkg devil's food cake mix
- (without pudding)
3 1/2 oz Box vanilla pudding &
- pie filling mix
4 Eggs
1 c Sour cream
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine bananas, cake mix,
pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, and 1/4 cup water. Beat with
electric mixer on low speed until combined. Increase speed to
medium and beat 2 minutes. By hand, mix in nuts. Turn batter into
well-greased and floured 12-cup bundt or tube pan. Bake 50-60
minutes or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan 10-15 minutes before removing from pan to cool
completely.
