Cocoa Applesauce Cake

      Cake:
 2 c  Thick applesauce
3/4 c  Sugar
1/2 c  Brown sugar
 4    Egg whites -OR-
 2    Eggs worth of egg substitute
 3 tb Cocoa
 2 c  Flour
 1 ts Baking soda
 1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
 1 ts Cinnamon
      Topping:
 2 tb Sugar
 1 ts Cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients. Mix lightly. Put
into a lined or sprayed 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake about
40 minutes at 350 F, until a toothpick inserted at the center comes
out dry. Freezes well.
