1/2 lb Butter
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Strong instant coffee -- cold
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Cocoa
4 c Quick rolled oats -- uncooked
Cream together butter and sugar. Add coffee, vanilla, and cocoa and
mix well. Add rolled oats and mix. Shape into 1" balls and roll in
granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet in refrigerator to dry
overnight. Store in tight container at least 24 hours before
serving.
