2 c Granulated sugar
1 c Cream - can use half & half
1 tb Butter
1 1/2 oz Bitter chocolate
1 ts Vanilla
1 lb Marshmallows
1 c Nuts; chopped
3 c Graham cracker crumbs
In a large saucepan combine sugar, cream, butter, chocolate, and
vanilla. Cook to soft ball stage (234 F). Remove from fire and
beat in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into a buttered 9x13
inch pan. Press firmly, then cut into squares. This candy is
excellent for mailing and can be left uncut for easier packaging.
