     Title: Mounds Balls

     Yield: 1 Servings

   3/4 c  Mashed potatoes
     1 lb Powdered sugar
    16 oz Bakers coconut
   1/4 ts Almond extract
   1/2 c  Candy makers chocolate

 Mix all and refrigerate overnight. Let the mixture stand at room
 temperature for 20 minutes, then form into balls. In the top of a
 double boiler, melt 1/2 cup candy maker's chocolate and dip the
 balls into the chocolate and let dry on waxed paper.
